Go Batty!

Hi Blog friends....

Here's a card I made with a couple of new stamps I got....the cats and sentiment are from DRS and the bat background stamp is from Hero Arts.  Techniques were sponging and masking.  I used Copic markers to color the image and Stickles to sparkle the moon.

I'm entering this card in three challenges:

DRS Challenge #47 - "Cats"

Through the Craftroom Door Challenge #40 - Anything Goes

Stamptacularsundaychallenge #185

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a great weekend!

STAMP OF THE WEEK - AT REPEAT IMPRESSIONS

Hi there!
It's another Stamp Of The Week deal at Repeat Impressions!!!  Every Monday, we feature a hand selected stamp of the week for you to purchase at 50% off.  You just link over to The House That Stamps Built and get the details and you can get the stamp we feature at 50% off the retail price.  Now, who doesn't like Mondays???

This week's featured stamps is Pine Branches #2708-M

I thought this stamp would look stunning heat embossed in silver and accented with mirror paper....and it does...in real life, but to get a great photo of it was nearly impossible.  So you'll have to trust me and try this when you get this super fabulous stamp.

I embossed on "In the Navy" Pure Luxury CS by Gina K and cut the image out using Classic Oval and framed it with mirror paper and Scalloped Classic Oval Nestabilities.  For a "ribbon" I first dry embossed a piece of the mirror paper then layered a strip of the base CS and again another strip of the mirror paper, this time not embossed.  The sentiment stamp is #424-G.

Check out my Rock Star Teamies and see the gorgeousness they created with this awesome stamp.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
